Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. They plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition. Shift Managers may also support departmental goals and targets.
Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
