Educational And Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems. One year experience. History of professional growth as evidenced by the acquisition of relevant professional development and certification such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft are preferred. A combination of education, experience, certifications, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose Of Position
Work as part of a team providing basic configuration, declarative programming, reporting, user management, integration, and analytical support services for one of the campus CRM technologies (Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.).
Primary Responsibilities
Designs and implements minor system changes or integrations using declarative languages, REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SQL, and other programming languages based on defined standards and procedures.
Assists with creating technical specifications from functional requirements.
Manages users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Assists with developing custom applications and workflows.
Supports Marketing Cloud campaigns, journeys, and automations.
Assists with designing and implementing MuleSoft integrations.
Coordinates upgrades, releases, and data migrations.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues across platforms.
Provides training.
Leads strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives at senior levels.
Assists other Enterprise Services Staff with defining and documenting business and technical requirements.
Implements established timelines to meet the goals of functional areas.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Specifications
Requires a demonstrated ability to establish congenial work relationships and to communicate effectively within department workgroup. Must possess a basic knowledge of the university. Interprets & applies complex policies and broad standards affecting one or more functional areas. Work requires a moderate level of judgment and reasoning to solve issues. Work requires attention to detail as errors can be serious.
