Installation Manager
A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands‑on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination.
Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Recruit contractors and assemblers
Coordinate with 1099 installers to assign and complete projects in a timely manner
Coach installers to drive top customer satisfaction results
Communicate proactively and resolve escalated repairs or service calls timely
Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
Foster a goal‑motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and promote strong teamwork
Required Skills
Exceptional customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
4+ years of installation or relevant construction/building materials experience

Work Environment Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to varying environmental conditions and noise. Frequently sits, uses repetitive hand motion, hears, listens, talksíocht, stands, walks, climbs stairs, reaches overhead, pulls, pushes, and lifts up to 50 pounds.
