Key Responsibilities
Field Oversight: Conduct site walks to identify and mitigate hazards in real‑time.
High‑Risk Review: Manage safety protocols for fall protection, heavy lifts, trenching, confined spaces, and energized work.
Execution: Ensure JSA’s, toolbox talks, and permits are high‑quality and actively followed—not just “paperwork exercises.”
Compliance: Keep projects aligned with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and specific client requirements.
Documentation & Training: Track training competencies and lead incident investigations with a focus on meaningful corrective actions.
What We Require
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety supervision experience in the field.
Certification: Current OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) and valid First Aid/CPR.
Integrity: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to hire.
Travel: Flexibility to work on project sites across the United States.
