Assistant Site Supervisor – BLISS Car Wash
Location: Oxnard, CA
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus $750

Responsibilities
Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site.
Assist with daily paperwork in the Manager/Assistant Site Manager absence.
Train the team on all internal and external programs and build customer loyalty through the membership program.
Guide staff on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
Ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.
Communicate regularly with the Site Manager.
Follow the on‑site open/close process to keep the site fully operational during business hours.
Create an exceptional customer experience and work environment.
Provide direction, training, and feedback to the team.
Maintain product knowledge and preparation standards.
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Help with after‑hours site cleaning, including tunnel equipment, floors, walls, and wash areas.
Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Be a team player.
Other Responsibilities
Greet guests and create an outstanding first impression.
Sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor.
Prep vehicles per company guidelines.
Perform quality control to verify vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
Highest level of customer care and adaptability to high‑volume retail.
Initiative and problem‑solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Flexible with hours, days, and shifts as business requires.
Demonstrate improvement of staff performance through motivation, training, and clear expectations.
Leadership Skills
Excellent verbal communication.
Support and contribute to team goals.
Language Skills
Fluent in English.
Communicate operational concerns with management and coworkers.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Site Manager.
Working Conditions
Outdoor work with exposure to fumes and cleaning solvents.
Variable temperature and noise levels.
Vibration exposure.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to operate all related equipment.
Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
