Account Manager, Client Services
to partner with our customers for all their printing and packaging needs. With more than 250 years of experience and a commitment to sustainability, Oliver delivers speed, consistency, and innovation.
About The Role As our
Account Manager, Client Services , you will:
Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide effective solutions.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
Communicate with clients and internal teams about orders, samples, estimates, and specifications.
Facilitate the internal flow of information to ensure accurate production preparation.
Manage CRM contacts, track interactions, monitor workflow, and problem‑solve with the sales department.
Present proofs, obtain approvals, supply samples, and determine delivery dates.
Provide onsite customer experiences, including strategy sessions, plant tours, and off‑site visits.
Audit and update sales orders, inventory, and billing records.
About You
4–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or manufacturing environments.
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems (JD Edwards preferred).
Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
High‑school diploma; college degree a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel overnight when necessary.
