Seeking a full-time licensed counselor (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to serve as a primary counselor in a 53-bed residential substance abuse treatment program for adult men.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy, education, and holistic therapies to support recovery.
Develop treatment plans, monitor client progress, and collaborate with staff.
Conduct assessments, documentation, and referrals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Engage clients in decision-making and foster positive relationships.
Attend team meetings and maintain ongoing training.
Qualifications Requirements include strong communication skills, cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and valid licensure in MN. Familiarity with Procentive software is a plus.
