The incumbent will supervise the Environmental Scientist and Integrated Waste Management Specialist staff to achieve program goals by applying principles of scientific research, physical and environmental sciences, knowledge of statistical methods, integrated wasteensenhtë, industry economics, public health resourcing and enforcement of technical documents, operations, and monitoring records as they relate to the review, inspection, assessment, and enforcement of waste tire regulated entities.
