Environmental Tectonics Corp Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic US company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced, local Travel Administrator to support our operations. This individual will be the primary point of contact for all business travel arrangements for our employees. Responsibilities

Travel Coordination and Itinerary Management – Manage the booking of all business travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation. Create, distribute and manage detailed travel itineraries and schedules. Travel Management – Ensure all reservations are booked in compliance with the company's travel and expense policy, prioritizing cost efficiency and employee safety. Vendor Relations – Liaise directly with airlines, hotels, and online booking tools to secure favorable rates and resolve issues. Emergency Support – Serve as a resource for traveling employees to manage last‑minute changes, cancellations, or emergency support during their trips. Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and confidential travel records, vendor contracts and compliance documentation. Expense Reporting/AMEX Reconciliation – Assist travelers with preparing and submitting expense reports and completing AMEX reporting related to their trips, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation, including receipt management. Administrative Duties – Handle general administrative duties (as needed) including calendar management, scheduling meetings, assisting with reports, proposals or presentations, and data entry. Qualifications

Education – Bachelor's Degree required. Experience – 3+ years in travel coordination, administrative support, sales support or related field. Experience with corporate travel booking platforms such as Concur, Egencia, SP Travel is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and extensive experience creating sales and product presentations in PowerPoint. Excellent writing and verbal skills, including formal communications such as proposals and letters. Exposure to AI and LLM tools preferred. Strong organizational skills – managing tasks, documents and daily responsibilities.
