Inventory and Supply Chain Manager (42005) Our client is a growing, mission-driven retail company in the Dakota County area that’s looking for an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who is highly adaptable. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role where you’ll own inventory end-to-end, partner closely with product, sales, and international suppliers, analyze market trends to inform buying decisions, and help expand their use of AI. This position is onsite.

The salary for this position is $80K-110K.

The Inventory and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Own the inventory lifecycle end-to-end, from demand planning and purchasing through receipt, allocation, and replenishment

Monitor, manage, and evaluate inventory levels to balance product availability, cash flow, and turnover while anticipating future ordering needs

Place and manage purchase orders with both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring accuracy, pricing compliance, and timely fulfillment

Coordinate inbound shipments and delivery timelines with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to meet business requirements

Partner closely with the sales team to provide regular inventory updates, support customer commitments and align inventory strategy with sales forecasts

Proactively analyze market trends, sales data, and demand signals to inform buying decisions and optimize assortment planning

Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management to drive strategic objectives and initiatives

The Inventory and Supply Chain Manager will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field required

4+ years of related inventory experience

Expert level Excel skills and ability to quickly learn ERP and related reporting tools

Experience working with international suppliers required

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Adaptable and solution-oriented
