Key Responsibilities Customer & Inventory Management

Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring clients receive the right parts at the right time.

Accurately process parts inquiries, orders, and returns, delivering top‑tier service with efficiency.

Assist customers in identifying optimal parts آنلاین solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long‑term loyalty.

Parts Sourcing & Distribution

Coordinate and fulfill daily parts orders and drop shipments, ensuring seamless logistics.

Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels and minimizing shortages.

Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively.

Optimize parts storage and retrieval processes, ensuring efficiency and easy access.

Operational & Administrative Support

Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Support vendor and supplier coordination to streamline parts procurement and pricing strategies.

Assist in the management of fleet parts and service‑related inventory needs, keeping operations running smoothly.

Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to update records and maintain accurate reporting.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

Manage parts receiving, stocking, and distribution, ensuring a well‑organized and efficient warehouse.

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and transport parts.

Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety standards.

Growth & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies, enhancing expertise.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with service, sales, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education – High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience – 3‑5 years in parts support or service within the material handling or forklift industry.

Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of forklift systems (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical), with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Customer Focus – Proven ability to deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teamsongoose.

Problem‑Solving Mindset – Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple parts tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain efficiency under pressure.
