Product Manager – North America Consumer Gaming As a NA Consumer Product Manager, you are responsible for owning the portfolio planning end-to-end and building excitement about Lenovo’s products. You own competitive analysis, product requirements, feature prioritization, product level PL analysis and product positioning in the consumer market for North America. You must work cross‑functionally with Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Supply/Demand planning and WW Business Units to create a profitable portfolio that is compelling to end‑user consumers and Omni‑channel partners. This role enables you to shape product development, build relationships with alliance partners, organize product launches, and own the NA product strategy from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
Define and execute an Omni‑Channel product vision for NA Consumer based on customer pain‑points, consumer market intelligence, partner requirements, financial goals and route opportunity.
Manage a product level PL including forecasting units, revenue and profit and establishing list pricing.
Own go‑to‑market strategy; set and communicate expectations for execution across the Omni‑channel.
Work cross‑functionally to create and implement a plan to sell Lenovo products with our Sales team, Account Planners, marketing, and other internal parties at Lenovo.
Communicate and pitch our product plans and strategies to our Retail partners directly.
Focus on customer experience; improve the consumer purchase experience by working with the BU, marketing, sales and retail partners.
Help to redefine the internal process for forecasting and ordering to allow for on‑time product launches as dictated stamped market dynamics.
Work with Sales, S/D and Account Planning to map the product lifecycle to maximize sales and reduce oll liability.
Basic Requirements
7+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably in the Consumer IT industry.
Ability toлекет travel and meet directly with customers.
Preferred Requirements
MBA encouraged.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically to get things done quickly.
Strong financial literacy including PL fluency.
Self‑starter with strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive levels of management internally and across external partners.
Knowledge of the retail requirements and needs for the North America market.
This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on‑site for in‑personIFEST collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
