About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the daily operations and provide overall leadership for a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality services, resident satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. This role involves ensuring that all programs, policies, and services support resident independence, wellness, and quality of life, while also upholding regulatory and organizational standards. The Executive Director will have broad oversight across key departments, including hospitality, dining, programming, maintenance, and administrative functions, and will be expected to build a welcoming, inclusive, and service-focused community culture.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, health services, administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or a comparable residential care setting. The role requires experience in managing operations, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to enhancing resident well-being and the overall community experience is essential. While not mandatory, a background or familiarity with culturally specific environments is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, and relationship-building, and will actively participate in planning and decision-making to enhance community operations and quality of life.
