Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dedicated school psychologist is sought for a full-time, onsite position at an elementary school in Aurora, CO. This contract role extends from early December through late May and involves supporting a caseload of approximately 40 students. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educational staff to promote students academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including assessments related to learning, behavior, and mental health. Develop and implement individualized interventions and behavior plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs. Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to developing educational plans. Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students effectively.
