Executive Assistant to Co-Founders at Series A AI Infrastructure Startup

AI infrastructure startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their two Co-Founders. With their recent funding, this is an exciting time to join and be a part of a growing team of 20 with a great trajectory for growth in this role. In this role, you'll support both Co-Founders by managing email communications, triaging inboxes and drafting responses, overseeing calendars, aligning priorities as needs shift, booking travel, and handling light personal coordination tasks. You'll also jump in on operational projects where needed. Additionally, you'll own light office operations, including restocking supplies, onboarding support, ordering team lunches, accepting packages, reordering swag, and managing vendors. Someone nimble, highly organized, who can be a strategic partner who is confident in making decisions, building processes, and creating leverage. Previous startup experience, ideally earlier stage, is preferred. This is an in-office role based in San Francisco near FiDi. 140-170K+ DOE + generous benefits, equity, and flexible PTO.
Responsibilities
Provide support to two Co-Founders, balancing priorities and responsibilities across both leaders.
Manage and triage email communications, draft professional correspondence, and ensure timely follow-through on key messages.
Oversee complex calendars by scheduling meetings, aligning priorities, and adapting to changing needs.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and trip logistics.
Support operational projects and ad hoc tasks by jumping in where needed to support organizational initiatives and leverage Executives' time.
Own office operations to ensure the space is running smoothly by stocking supplies, helping with onboarding new employees, coordinating lunch, and managing vendors.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or C‑suite in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs while understanding context.
Strong critical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to independently research options, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
Strategic, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build processes, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation.
Takes ownership, executes with high standards, and acts as a trusted partner rather than a purely transactional support role.
Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and modern financial or operations platforms.
