Job Opportunity Under direct supervision, the Meat Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful customer service. Assists customers, cleans shelves and displays, keeps the Meat Wrap displays clean, fills and rotates them. Works with customers to take special orders and collaborates with the Meat Cutter to determine which items need to be cut. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store. Essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements. A Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.

Read and write Spanish/ derni, English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simpleഡ instructions, product labels, pricing codes Chron, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small આજ group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, توستي lift up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
