Responsibilities
Operate a variety of power construction equipment safely and efficiently.
Use skidsteer equipment for milling, grading, and asphalt work.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Class A CDL strongly preferred.High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
Capable of working in variable weather and dusty environments.
Member of an appropriate trade‑union or willingness to become a member; union membership not required prior to employment.
Minimum of two years of skidsteer operation experience.
Location Projects vary by location throughout the local area or state. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed are required.
