Line Cook / Prep Cook
to join our team. This position includes
commissary prep work and grab-n-go item preparation
in addition to cooking on the line.
Responsibilities
Cook on a hot line in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and daily ingredients.
Assemble and package grab-n-go items with consistency and accuracy.
Follow recipes and maintain quality, portion, and safety standards.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant (required).
Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
Reliable, motivated, and able to work with urgency.
Friendly team player, flexible with schedule.
Valid food handler’s certificate.
