About the Role We have an

Support Workers
to join a
well‑established service
supporting
6 amazing individuals
with learning disabilities.
Your role will focus on
promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence , while providing
24‑hour support
with:
✅ Personal Care
✅ Medication
✅ Finances
✅ Accessing the Community
About the Service
Shared
lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms
A welcoming home spread across
3 floors
A fun, friendly environment where everyone enjoys activities like: Arts & Crafts |
Swimming |
Shopping | ☕ Coffee Trips | ♂️ Walks
The people we support describe themselves as
happy, friendly, and fun‑loving —and they love staff who are
outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers !
Location & Hours Location:
Carlisle Hours:
Full‑Time (45 hours) UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)
Shift Patterns Include
7:30am – 3:00pm
2:30pm – 10:00pm
8:00am – 8:00pm
8:00pm – 7:30am (Waking Night)
9:30pm – 7:45am (Waking Night)
10:00pm – 7:30am (Sleep‑In)
Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts and would be expected to work two weekends each month.
