Position Overview In the MMIC Business Unit we design MMICs and IMAs for aerospace & defense, cellular and other wireless applications. We are looking for an Analog & Digital engineer to design & analyze circuits, power supplies, support PCBs, and test systems for RF & Millimeter Wave multi‑chip modules.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, layout, test, and release printed circuit boards embedded in RF/MMW microwave assemblies.

Design DC filtering, voltage conversion, and power conditioning circuits for MMICs.

Design analog and embedded digital circuits for MMIC control.

Develop hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, UDP, RS‑232, RS‑422, RS‑485, CAN Bus, UART, USB, and Ethernet.

Create schematic simulations and EM simulations as needed.

Analyze circuits using LTspice, MATLAB, TINA, QUCS, Multisim, Python, ICAP/4 SPICE, Scilab, Excel, PSpice, etc.

Generate layouts, assembly drawings, and design reports.

Lead design activities from kickoff through engineering evaluation.

Collaborate with MMIC, electromagnetic, mechanical, assembly, and test teams to develop new products and production methods.
