own, scale, and lead

Piper Maddox’s

EPC (Renewables) division in Miami , backed by one of the most established

You’ll inherit momentum, credibility, and retained client relationships — and have the autonomy to build a high-performing EPC team aligned to some of the largest renewable infrastructure programmes in the market.

The Role As a brand leader, you will:

Lead and scale the

EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

recruitment offering

Develop and execute the divisional growth strategy

Build, mentor, and manage recruiters and managers

Drive senior-level, retained EPC client relationships

Own revenue, KPIs, and market expansion

Act as a market leader for Piper Maddox across the US Renewables space

What We’re Looking For?

7+ years in AGENCY recruitment, ideally

EPC / Engineering / Renewables

Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams

Strong business development and account ownership capability

Experience managing managers

Commercial, strategic, and people-first leadership style

$80,000 - $120,000 base (base on internal levelling / revenue generation)
