Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $40.00/hr.

Shift Options
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch (50‑hour week with overtime)
2nd Shift: Various shift patterns available (4/10 hr days, 5/10 hr days, 4/12 hr days); 25% pay differential for second shift
Job Description Works from blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions to produce high‑quality welds from a variety of exotic metals. May program, set up, and operate robotic welding machines.
Responsibilities
Weld metal components to fabricate products, parts, or equipment.
Repair parts by straightening or reshaping with or without the use of heat and/or hydraulic equipment.
Achieve or surpass routed standards.
Calculate side lengths and/or angles using trigonometric charts and tables.
Figure flat layout, set up, and operate various equipment to form sheet, plate, and structural shapes to produce properly sized material.
Qualifications
3–5 years experience in MIG & TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum.
Ability to run basic fabrication equipment (shear, cut‑off saw, etc.).
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with robotic weld machines is a plus.
