What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex programs with cross-team integration points using various methodologies
Develop, refine, and manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
Identify and document project risks/impediments throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate standard meetings including backlog preparation, iteration planning, and retrospectives
Monitor project schedules and proactively adjust plans to address potential challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
10 to 12 years of IT work experience, with 7+ years managing infrastructure/ISO projects
5 years leading IT M&A integrations and 3+ years of Agile experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
Experience with Information Security projects and working on mergers & acquisition projects
PMP certification preferred; SAFe Agile experience recommended
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Related certifications in project management or Agile methodologies
Experience leading IT infrastructure integrations for acquisitions, including O365 tenant integration
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, Clarity, and Jira
