What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experiences and optimize business processes

Design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions using HR systems expertise and best practices

Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in Workday Core HCM

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into requirements and recommend effective solutions

Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School diploma or GED

5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams

2+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM

Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field

Relevant certifications in Workday Core HCM

Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers, and Divestitures

Familiarity with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA

Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development
