Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations for our partner in White, GA.

Pay:
$17.00/hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift)
What You’ll Do: As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly by managing inventory data, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal logistics and supply chain teams. Your role helps ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient warehouse flow – keeping everything aligned behind the scenes.
Track and record outgoing shipments and inventory using WMS
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including labels and bills of lading
Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments
Handle administrative functions such as filing, scheduling, and reporting
Participate in cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and audits
Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies and elevate as needed
Ensure adherence to company policies and warehouse safety standards
Generate regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory performance
What We’re Looking For:
1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics administration
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS or VMS systems)
Sharp organizational and time‑management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communicator and multitasker in a fast‑paced setting
High school diploma or equivalent (logistics or supply chain certification is a plus)
Bonus: Knowledge of import/export documents and basic warehouse operations
