Job Description As a Retail Merchandise Associate you will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience; ensuring a clean and organized store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross‑trained to support multiple areas of the store as business needs arise.
Responsibilities
Role model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
Enter and process purchases and returns accurately, following established procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain merchandising philosophy and standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
Participate in store recovery, maintenance, and cleanliness activities throughout the day.
Provide and accept recognitionền constructive feedback.
Adhere to labor laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
Support shrink reduction and safety awareness programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Multi‑tasking ability.
Ability to respond appropriately to changes and unexpected situations.
Physical capability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation(container).
Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
Preferred experience in retail customer experience.
