Job Description NAOVI is seeking a skilled Journeyman Task Manager for the following task:
Primary responsibilities:
Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.
Experience in the following is required:
Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems.
Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
Experience in the following is desired:

Education and Experience
Currently possess an Active TS/SCI w/poly level security clearance is
required.

Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience.
