Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Emergency Room

At Saint Mary’s Hospital, the Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center and a primary stroke center and a pediatric receiving facility. The unit contains 46 beds, 8 of which are emergency behavioral health beds. The LPN will engage with unit staff, build relationships, and learn various nursing skills. Employment Type

12 Hour Day Shift What You Will Do

In this critical role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, play an active part in unit shared decision making, and enjoy practice autonomy using nurse driven protocols. Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut. Active BLS certification. Preferred Skills

Acute care, Medical-Surgical experience preferred. Work Schedule

Full time – 36 hours – Days 7am - 7pm, weekend rotation. Ministry/Facility Information
