Coverage Needed As Soon As Credentialed (ASAC) - End of September Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Call Schedule: First call for patient and hospital phone calls Tuesday 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Friday 4:30 PM - Monday 8:00 AM On-site inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday Call Ratio: One rotation every 5-6 weeks, dependent upon staffing Clinical Details Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric Practice Composition: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology Number of Physicians: 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): 4 Average Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 15 Average Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 20 Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient and Inpatient Setting Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Requirements Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) BLS DEA Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
