Job Description The position involves working as part of the IT Service Desk team, providing first-line support for all IT-related incidents and service requests. Responsibilities include logging incidents, resolving support requests, assisting customers with hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and password issues, performing installation and maintenance of desktop platforms, and developing support documentation. Candidates must be knowledgeable in IT policies, procedures, and technologies, and possess strong customer service skills. Work is performed in a call center environment, with interactions across various departments and external contacts.

Additional Requirements

Must be a current Wisconsin resident; no relocation allowed.

Work requires safety compliance and reporting.

Interaction with diverse stakeholders including DOT staff, IT peers, vendors, and citizens.
