HR Leader, Employee Relations

who will be responsible for developing effective employee relations processes and strategies, supporting investigations and determining outcomes, and actively monitoring and reporting on company and governmental employee compliance requirements. This role will also provide guidance to HR personnel and leaders across the organization on employee relations matters. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Provides overall oversight and guidance across Bell on employee relations matters, including coaching and partnering with leaders/HRBPs, conducting investigations, and mediating disputes. Manage HR compliance, track requirements, and Textron hotline; report on hotline and compliance matters to Bell/Textron leadership and compliance personnel. Provide training and support to HR on employee relations issues, best practices, and conflict resolution. Manage compliance training requirements for Bell. Provide counsel and insights on Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and other federal and state laws. Oversee investigations and support reporting to Federal and State Agencies (audits, EEOC reporting, ADA evaluation/determination, EEO complaints) related to employment actions. Coordinate with Labor Relations to interact with union leaders and bargained employees regarding compliance, training, and governmental agency matters. Administer salaried and non-exempt workforce reduction processes and evaluations. Conduct audits of HR processes and recommend improvements, assisting in developing corrective action plans for ongoing compliance. Develop, implement, and collaborate on company policies, procedures, and programs related to employee relations across all Bell locations domestically and internationally. Develop, present, and administer departmental budget. Perform other related duties as assigned. What you need to be successful Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or related field required. Master’s degree or JD beneficial. At least 7 years of related experience required, including 5 years of management experience. Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations. SHRM-SCP preferred.
