We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user support, device setup, troubleshooting, and hardware refreshes in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and user applications. Handle laptop refresh cycles and assign new hardware. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve service tickets within SLA. Install and configure operating systems and applications. Collaborate with IT teams for software/hardware rollout projects. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strong communication.
Required Skills
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
