The Senior Manager – Marketing and Sales will be responsible for driving student enrolment throughstrategic sales initiatives that converts into sales, impactful marketing campaigns, and strongrelationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial acumen,creative marketing instincts, and a deep understanding of both the fashion and education sectors.This role is critical in ensuring that JCA continues to grow as a globally recognised destination forfashion education and entrepreneurial excellence. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development: Lead bold, integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms toenhance brand visibility and student recruitment. Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and content strategies tomaximise engagement. Oversee the creation of marketing materials aligned with JCA’s premium, innovative brandpositioning. Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI to inform future strategies. Champion JCA’s brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high standards. Collaborate with internal teams to launch new programmes using effective go-to-marketstrategies. Manage and attend key events (open days, exhibitions, graduate showcases) to promote theacademy. Sales & Recruitment
Actively promote JCA’s academic offerings to prospective students both locally andinternationally. Conduct consultations and follow-ups through face-to-face meetings, phone, email, anddigital channels. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets through e4ective andresults-driven campaigns. Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date student data. Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, suppliers, schools, andcommunity organisations. Support and engage with international recruitment partners and channel stakeholders. Represent JCA at education fairs, recruitment events, and partner activities in the UK andabroad. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead and motivate a small, high-performing sales and marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with academic leaders, operations, and external partners toalign recruitment goals and brand messaging. Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships to ensure cost-effective campaignexecution with measurable ROI. Use data and analytics to track performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimise future initiatives. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’spreferred). 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, ideally within higher educationor luxury/creative industries. Proven track record in student recruitment and executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.s. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms. Skilled in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email/CRM marketing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment. Desireable
