What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and manage the service delivery relationship for assigned projects - Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables - Provide high-level consultative input to clients and staff, focusing on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews - Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy - Manage project budgets and financial status, delivering proactive communication with clients
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management roles within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Strong leadership and staff development skills to motivate and enhance team performance - Excellent oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence - Proven client relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to meet client needs - Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider
