Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results driven sales rep to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in direct outreach, and door-to-door sales. As a "boots on the ground" representative of our brand you will be instrumental in generating leads, calling on potential customers in person, communicating with existing B2B customers, meeting sales goals, and expanding our brand presence in the South Florida area. Key Responsibilities: B2B Outreach: Conduct cold calls and/or direct outreach to potential business clients in the hospitality and service sectors to introduce and promote our app. Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with local businesses through door-to-door sales efforts, demonstrating the app's features and benefits. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers to drive app adoption and usage. Account Management: Manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns. Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company in the local market, embodying our brand values and mission. Market Feedback: Gather and report market feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, direct outreach, and door-to-door sales, preferably in the fintech or hospitality industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell our app's value proposition. Bilingual: Proficiency in a second language is preferred, enhancing communication with a diverse client base. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
