Own and scale paid media , especially Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) Track everything that matters : ROAS, CAC, LTV — and kill what doesn’t work Set up and manage
event-based conversion tracking
with
Google Tag Manager
and GA4 Segment and retarget users across platforms using
audience logic
and lifecycle strategy Work across the full funnel: from cold traffic → retargeting → lead nurture → post-cruise remarketing Build workflows that connect acquisition to CRM, email, and sales Collaborate with creative, tech, and sales to launch fast and learn faster What You Bring
3–7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing Deep experience running high-ROI campaigns with Google Ads Hands-on experience with
GTM ,
event tracking , and
attribution Strong understanding of
CRM logic ,
retargeting ,
audiences , and
conversion strategy Data-driven mindset — you speak ROAS, CAC, and LTV fluently Comfortable working across tools and figuring things out without waiting on devs Startup mentality — you don’t need layers, just levers Why CruiseHub?
