We are seeking anexperienced and driven Med Spa Director to lead our high-performing aestheticteam. This role blends clinical insight, operational excellence, and strategicleadership to ensure top-tier patient care and consistent revenue growth. Theideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxuryhealthcare setting and is passionate about delivering outstanding results andan exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight &Compliance
Oversee daily med spa operations andensure all services meet the highest clinical and safety standards
Supervise providers and support staff;maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
Update clinical protocols and ensureconsistent staff training on procedures and compliance
Strategic Leadership &Collaboration
Partner with the Practice Manager toalign med spa goals with company-wide initiatives
Drive revenue growth through data-drivenstrategies and execution
Conduct regular strategy meetings toassess performance, address challenges, and celebrate achievements
Team Management &Training
Recruit, train, and retain top talentfor the med spa team
Provide consistent coaching, mentoring,and performance management
Lead by example to foster aprofessional, collaborative, and empowering culture
Business Development &Patient Experience
Oversee development and execution ofbusiness growth strategies, new service launches, and technologyinvestments
Support high-level patientconsultations, particularly with complex treatment planning
Monitor patient satisfaction andimplement improvements to enhance the patient experience
Quality Assurance &Policy Management
Develop and update operating policiesand procedures
Implement quality control measures toensure excellent outcomes and service standards
Handle patient concerns withprofessionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience inaesthetics, wellness, or luxury healthcare setting (required)
5+ years of experience in the aestheticsindustry (preferred)
Degree from an accredited university(strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of aesthetictreatments, industry trends, and patient safety protocols
Proven ability to lead teams, drivegrowth, and uphold clinical excellence
Excellent communication, organizational,and leadership skills
