Business Development Channel Manager

to drive strategic growth through global distribution partners and high-value customer relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, relationship-oriented leader who understands the dynamics of capital equipment sales and thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales enablement, and market development. What You'll Do Channel Strategy & Enablement Manage corporate-level relationships with Caron’s global distribution and channel partners Lead contract negotiations, partner onboarding, and long-term relationship development Design channel-specific growth strategies aligned to partner strengths and regional market dynamics Develop sales tools, training programs, and marketing collateral to accelerate partner success Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution Business Development & Strategic Accounts Own strategic chamber accounts at the corporate/global level, particularly those with multi-site operations Engage directly with procurement, operations, and engineering firms to position Caron early in facility planning and expansion projects Identify new market opportunities and define the go-to-market approach, including resource and messaging needs Serve as a point of escalation for global accounts and coordinate internal resources for resolution Promote Caron’s OEM solutions across our product portfolio Who You Are 7+ years in business development, channel management, or strategic sales in life sciences, biotech, or laboratory equipment Proven ability to develop growth strategies and manage complex partnerships Experience working with distributors, integrators, and key accounts globally Commercially strategic with strong execution and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
