What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery relationships for assigned projects - Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables - Prepare and implement project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality - Provide strategic guidance and oversight for client-specific projects on a day-to-day basis - Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and leadership skills

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead confidently - Excellent client relationship management skills, including the ability to proactively address client needs - Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a legal environment - Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects successfully - Evidence of leadership and staff development skills to motivate and grow team members
