Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – B2B Software | AI | Digital Transformation

We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy and execution for a growing software company focused on B2B innovation and AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced, transformative environments and is passionate about scaling high-impact products.

What You'll Drive:

AI/ML innovation, cloud-native architecture, product scalability, engineering leadership, digital transformation

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the technology vision across AI, software engineering, infrastructure, and product innovation
• Lead and grow high-performing engineering and data teams, fostering a strong technical culture
• Partner closely with Product and Executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
• Oversee architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable B2B SaaS platforms
• Champion the use of AI to drive automation, insights, and product differentiation
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, modernizing systems and workflows
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation strategy

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles
• Proven background scaling B2B SaaS products and teams
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world products
• Experience driving digital transformation and modernizing legacy systems
• Strong track record of aligning technology with business outcomes
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and executive presence
