Chief Information Officer (CIO) – B2B Software | AI Strategy | Digital Transformation

We’re hiring a forward-thinking Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise technology strategy and drive large-scale digital transformation across a high-growth software company. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy leader with deep B2B software experience and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance business capabilities.

What You'll Drive:

IT strategy, enterprise systems, AI adoption, data governance, digital infrastructure, operational scalability

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide IT systems and infrastructure
• Champion the integration of AI and data-driven technologies to improve business processes and decision-making
• Oversee information security, compliance, and system reliability across cloud-based platforms
• Drive modernization initiatives to streamline operations and enable digital-first workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology investments with business goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to support scalability and innovation
• Lead teams responsible for IT operations, enterprise architecture, and business applications

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within software or tech-driven environments
• Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and AI/ML tools
• Strong background in data governance, information security, and system architecture
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration
• Bonus: Experience with ERP/CRM systems, enterprise integrations, or ITIL frameworks
