Position Summary
The CEO and Founder is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to support in both their personal and professional domains. This hybrid role is approximately 20% Executive Assistant,65% Personal Assistant, and 15% House Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage a dynamic, fast-changing calendar of meetings, appointments, and calls
- Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate prep and follow-ups
- Track and manage tasks and to-dos on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate needs and provide daily administrative support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners professionally and efficiently
- Handle sensitive company and personal information with discretion
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails
- Personal Assistant Support
- Manage personal and family calendar (school schedules, extracurriculars, appointments, hobbies)
- Schedule medical and personal care appointments
- Facilitate all online ordering, package opening, and returns
- Run local errands and coordinate needs (shopping, returns, dry cleaners, etc.)
- Support two family dogs (transport to/from office, walks, vet appointments, grooming coordination)
- Book domestic and international travel for business and personal needs
- Create detailed itineraries for travel
- Assist with occasional event planning (birthday parties, dinners, holidays)
- Transport children to classes or appointments; provide support if nanny is out
- Budget, track, and pay personal expenses to ensure financial compliance
- Support with personal brand or social media as needed
- Weekly touch base meetings with executive for updates, next steps, priorities
- Oversee car maintenance (cleaning, fueling, service scheduling)
- Household Management
- Schedule and oversee household vendors (nanny, housekeeper, gardener, pool service, etc.)
- Manage home maintenance schedules (security, wifi, pest control, etc.)
- Troubleshoot appliances as needed
- Ensure the home is organized and fully stocked
- Track household inventory and grocery needs
- Pay vendors and manage household check-writing or expense tracking
- Coordinate repairs, appointments, or upgrades as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant and/or Executive Assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and a true love for helping others stay on track
- Comfortable supporting both personal and professional life for a founder/CEO
- Clear communicator, quick thinker, proactive problem solver
- Professional, composed, adaptable—even when juggling multiple priorities
- Warm and approachable—especially around children, pets, family members
- Able to be direct when coordinating with vendors or managing up
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite; basic project/task tools; calendar systems)
- Valid California driver’s license and car required

Compensation & Benefits
- The base salary range for this role is $90k depending on experience and qualifications.
