The Lotus Room is a new Japanese-Chinese-Korean–influenced small plates restaurant with a high-end cocktail program, seasonal ingredients, and a speakeasy-style bar experience. We’re now hiring experienced bartenders and barbacks to join our opening team.
We're Looking For:
Bartenders with:
NYC bar experience (3+ years preferred)
Solid knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and prep
Experience with volume service in a fast-paced setting
A passion for hospitality, presentation, and guest experience
Confidence in working with unique, house-made ingredients
Barbacks who are:
Organized, fast, and reliable
Comfortable with bar prep, restocking, and supporting the team
Eager to grow in a dynamic cocktail environment
