Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or discrepancies. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel. Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the construction process and implement appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 5-7 years of experience, open to seeing people with less experience needs to have health care experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with LEED principles and sustainable construction practices is a plus. What's On Offer
