The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - NoVA will be responsible for: Lead day-to-day on-site operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to achieve milestones efficiently. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of field issues. Maintain high standards of quality control, safety compliance, and documentation, including daily reports and progress tracking. Manage logistics, material deliveries, and equipment on-site to prevent delays and maximize productivity. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the company's core values of innovation, collaboration, and professionalism. Adapt to dynamic project needs, providing leadership and support as necessary, including assisting team members when required. The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - NoVA will have: 3 to 10 years of superintendent experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare or similar construction sectors. Proven ability to independently create and manage project schedules. Experience managing projects up to $30 million in value, including base-building and interior renovations. Proficiency with construction management software such as Microsoft Project and Procore. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse project teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control best practices. Willingness to work primarily in Northern Virginia, with occasional projects in nearby regions.
