Greet clients and visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment Answer and route incoming calls and emails in a professional manner Manage mail and package distribution, including scanning and filing documents Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including calendar management, photocopying, and document preparation Assist with file organization, data entry, and general clerical duties Ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings and client appointments Support other office-related tasks and special projects as assigned MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a professional services environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Professional appearance and demeanor High level of discretion when handling confidential information What's On Offer
