Quality Engineer, Industrial CNC Manufacturing

The Quality Engineer, Industrial CNC Manufacturing will: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to determine quality requirements Perform inspections (random, in-process, and final) using sampling plans to assess part conformance Set up, program, and operate DCC CMM equipment; maintain gage calibration and certification records Document inspection results, analyze test data, and report deviations from quality standards Sign off on First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs) Support and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with company and customer requirements Recommend process or quality standard adjustments to optimize product quality Act as the primary liaison between quality and production teams to address non-conformances Lead or participate in MRB reviews and quality improvement initiatives Maintain organized quality control area and inspection documentation Communicate quality issues clearly in both verbal and written form during meetings and audits Support internal audits and compliance efforts as needed Onsite at our Dover, NH MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
