Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. May direct and lead the work of others. The value you'll bring to the team: Performs word processing, accurately and efficiently typing memos, minutes, forms and other miscellaneous items from dictation, written instructions, or own initiative. Must be able to handle administrative duties with discretion and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Takes minutes and composes correspondence when applicable on own initiative and as requested. All materials, correspondence and presentations are typed and distributed in the proper format and in a timely manner. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv 3 related experience.
