The Opportunity:

We're hiring a

Senior CNC Machinist

to join our Machining team. This role is a key contributor to supporting our precision machining operations and driving process improvements. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams, and be part of a team that values problem-solving, accountability, and ongoing growth.

What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities may include: Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G-code. Set up and run complex multi-axis equipment, including 4th/5th axis machines and live tooling lathes. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced machining, tooling, and fixture issues. Inspect and validate parts using CMMs and manual gauges; lead first-article and capability studies. Train and mentor operators and apprentices on setup, inspection, and safe machining practices. Recommend and implement tooling and process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs. Support continuous improvement, kaizen events, and lean initiatives.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who has: Minimum 5-7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming. Proficiency with CAM software and G-code development. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills. Experience training and mentoring machinists. A track record of high quality, productivity, and minimal scrap. Ability to independently solve complex machining and tooling challenges.
