Position Overview We're looking for a creative and organized Influencer & Social Media Manager to take the lead on managing influencer partnerships and overseeing our brand social media accounts. You'll work closely with marketing leadership to execute campaigns, grow our online presence, and amplify brand awareness across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes cannabis culture, understands what resonates with our audience, and knows how to build lasting influencer relationships. Key Responsibilities Influencer Management Identify, vet, and onboard influencers that align with brand values across cannabis, lifestyle, wellness, and culture. Negotiate influencer contracts, set clear campaign deliverables, and manage budgets. Coordinate product seeding, track shipments, and ensure timely content delivery. Monitor performance of influencer posts and generate reporting (views, reach, engagement, ROI). Maintain long-term relationships with top-tier creators and brand ambassadors. Social Media Management Manage daily posting and content scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. Coordinate with internal creative team and external partners to develop content. Write captions, engage with the community, and stay on top of trends. Collaborate with brand, DTC, and retail teams to align social campaigns with broader goals. Track KPIs and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Support brand launches, DTC drops, and retail campaigns with integrated influencer + social support. Coordinate closely with email, website, and paid media teams to create cohesive campaigns. Maintain and organize influencer content for reuse across channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in the cannabis or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns. Deep understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective best practices. Strong creative skills with experience in content creation (writing, graphics, video, etc.). Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights to improve performance. Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and restrictions related to social media marketing. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in the cannabis industry and familiarity with its digital marketing limitations and guidelines. Knowledge of paid social media advertising and analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager. Experience working with influencers and managing social media partnerships. Ability to shoot and edit basic video content for social media platforms. $70,000 annual salary Supervisory Responsibility This position may have some supervisory responsibilities. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
